It normally takes 1 business day for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

What is the processing time?

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests to ensure the product's quality before shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article.

Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 2-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-7 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Shipping

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Uvbtreatment products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. Please refer to the shipping table below for the average delivery time for different continents.

Note:

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska cannot be delivered via express.

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. If the customer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping, customs fees and handling charges. Please note that according to customs regulations,Uvbtreatment cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

For undelivered Solution

Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes that cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, or severe weather conditions, and then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by Uvbtreatment to decrease your losses.

For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 month of shipment. For other shipping methods except for Expedited Shipping Service, please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
